David Albert, Principal

David founded Calusa because he is passionate about business building and entrepreneurship.

David was previously the Canadian Managing Director at Delivery Hero, where he grew sales from 1M to 90M, and led a team of 125 in Toronto. Prior to this, David was a Co-founder at WagJag (acq by Torstar), where he ultimately led operations, and was a General Manager at Handy (acq by ANGI).

David’s operating experience, coupled with being an investor in ~20 private companies, brings a unique perspective to becoming an acquisition entrepreneur. David lives in Toronto and is a father of three amazing little girls.
